Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
The Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
The traffic controller is responsible for developing plans to monitor transportation resources utilization levels and reviewing efficiency of transportation operations within the warehouse.
First point of customer contact for general inquiries, like equipment availability, pricing, scheduling etc. builds and maintains business relationship with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service.
To facilitate the lifting, movement or repositioning of heavy and massive loads in a safe and precise manner at construction or industrial sites.
Maintain and repair vehicles and responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximize reliability and functionality.
Perform all types of welding and metal fabrication works in accordance to work instructions.
The Ops Exec is involved in daily operations within the shipyard. Operations include supervising yard operations, including deployment of men and equipment, inventory control and maintenance and management of yard/workshop/office facilities.
The Port Operations Manager oversees the smooth operations of port and cargo operations, and manages resources and expenditure. This includes working closely with key stakeholders including regulatory authorities, port operations and shipping lines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and also oversee the implementation of workflow improvements to optimize the organisation’s resources.
The Admin Exec is involved in daily operations within the Bok Seng Asia Pte Ltd. Duties for this position include monitoring of documents and licenses validity for officers and other ranks, preparing a maintaining crew change schedule, monitoring crew compliance with STCW 95 and MLC2006 and other training requirements and assistance for crew immigration and port clearance.
