Job Purpose:

Working in a dynamic environment to perform day to day general preventive maintenance and corrective repair in M&E, infrastructure and building services related works

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onsite monitoring of Facilities equipment including water pipes, electrical, sanitary, fire alarm and pest control
• Conduct routine facilities operational work, coordination and maintenance of Facilities equipment including some engaged through 3rd party vendor / contractor
• Attend to general electrical fitting work, such as changing of faulty bulb, tube, exit light /emergency light etc
• Attend to fire alarm activation (False & Real)
• Respond to complaints / feedbacks promptly on building facilities and related matters
• Ensure compliance to company’s safe work procedures (SWP), fire safety rules, regulations and all related matters by government agencies
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Qualifications:

• N /O / A Level or NiTEC and above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services
• Minimum 2 years in facilities / building maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts / overnight if required
• Able to work independently & perform troubleshooting
• Hardworking and able to perform multi-task jobs
• With Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
• Preferably staying at Jurong area
